BUILD A DECK

Select from the menu on the top screen. Choose a Master who will be your avatar. Masters have unique skills that can be used during battles.
After selecting your avatar, you'll move to the card selection screen to build your deck.
You can add cards to your deck by clicking on the desired cards. To quickly find specific cards, you can use the sort buttons and search function located above the card list. The quantity of added cards can be adjusted using the + / - buttons on the right side of the screen.
Your deck must contain exactly 20 cards, and you can include up to 2 copies of the same card. After selecting 20 cards to include in your deck, click SAVE DECK to complete your deck.
The cards displayed in the card list are designed to be visually intuitive, allowing players to easily understand the nature of each card and build their decks smoothly.
🏷️ (Top left)
Card info tags are shown left to right: [Attribute (icon)] [Rarity] [NFT] [Card Type]. KANOI TCG features 5 card types, crucial for strategy.
Yokai: Is played on the battle field and can attack
Spell: Is discarded and its effect is resolved immediately
Secret: Stays hidden and will trigger during the opponent's turn if the trigger condition is met
Equipment: Must be played on a Yokai already in play. Will be discarded when the Yokai dies. Maximum of 1 equip per Yokai
Artifact: Is played on the battle field but cannot attack
Cards are assigned one of three attributes: Spirit, Beast, or Undead. Some cards have abilities or effects that are specific to certain attributes.
🛑 (Top right)
This icon represents mana. Mana is used to summon Yokai, activate spells, and play other cards.
🗡️ (Bottom left)
This icon represents a Yokai's power (damage it deals).
💗 (Bottom right)
This icon represents toughness of the card (damage it takes to destroy it).
The percentage of NFT cards in your deck directly impacts your $KANOI rewards upon victory. The higher the proportion of NFT cards in your deck, the more $KANOI you can earn when you win. This system incentivizes players to collect and utilize NFT cards strategically. For more detailed information about this reward mechanism, please check the section of the game.
Additionally, each card has a unique name and can possess up to two abilities. These details are displayed on the lower half of the card. For details on Yokai abilities, please check the page.
