YOKAI ABILITIES

Monsters can have up to two abilities and can strategically utilize these abilities to gain an advantage in battle.

Abilities can be of the type that are always active, those that can be activated every turn, and those that can be activated at specific timings. For more details on the activation of abilities, please check BATTLE or ABILITY TRIGGERS.

Stealth

Cannot be targeted or attacked until it performs an action.

Enhance Strength

All your spells and abilities deal +1 damage.

Undead Boost

All allied Undead monsters gain: "Take 1 damage to gain +1 attack".

Bounce Cast

By paying 2 mana, choose one monster and roll a dice. If the result is 4 or higher, return that monster to its owner''s hand.

Spell Immunity

Cannot be targeted or damaged by spells and secrets.

Summon Mystical Egg

When this monster dies, summon a Phoenix Egg. This egg has 0 attack and 3 HP. After 3 turns, it evolves into a Phoenix.

Destroy Wave

On play, deal 2 damage to all other cards.

Magic Focus

By paying 2 mana, you can return one spell card from your graveyard to your hand.

Double Attack

Can attack twice per turn.

Spell Empower

After playing a spell, this monster gains +2 attack.

Blade Strike

By paying 3 mana, deal 2 damage to any target.

Cruel Reaper

At the start of your turn, kill monsters in play with the lowest attack, including yours.

Taunt

Enemy monsters can only attack a monster with taunt.

Cross Soul

When this monster is summoned, you can choose to give it either the Taunt or Double Attack skill.

Random Attack

Roll a dice, increase this monster''s attack by the result.

Pierce

When this monster attacks an enemy monster, if the attack exceeds the enemy''s HP, the excess damage is dealt directly to the player''s HP.

Silence

Negate all abilities of one monster.

Ancestral Calling

When this monster is summoned, return a monster from your graveyard to your hand.

Phantom Mist

At the end of your turn, if you have at least one other monster in play, go into stealth.

Poison Strike

When this monster attacks an enemy monster, it will inflict 1 poison on the target enemy monster. The monster in the poisoned state will take 1 direct damage at the start of its turn.

Regeneration

At the start of your turn, this monster fully heals.

Blessed Rain

When this monster is summoned, give +2 attack and +2 HP to another monster until your next turn.

Summon Spirit Servant

When this monster is summoned, summon a 1 attack / 1 HP Spirit Servant on an adjacent empty slot.

Nature Restoration

At the start of each turn, all allied Beast monsters and locations heal by 3.

Divine Grace

When a Spirit monster you own dies, draw a card.

Mana Recharge

After attacking the opponent''s life, gain 2 mana.

Cursed Weakness

When this monster is summoned, the selected target''s attack is reduced to 1.

Soul Charge

When this monster is destroyed, draw a card.

Fatal Crush

When this monster is summoned, destroy a monster with 4 or less attack. If you do, draw a card.

Haste

Can attack immediately.

Critical Strike

When attacking, roll a dice. If the result is 4 or higher, this monster gains +4 attack.

Lethal

When this monster deals damage to an enemy monster, the targeted enemy monster is destroyed.

Counter Shield

Has +3 attack during the opponent''s turn.

Fear

All enemy monsters have -1 attack.

Sneak

This monster ignores taunt when attacking.

Sacrifice Reap

When another monster on the field is destroyed, draw a card.

Cursed Enhancement

At the start of each turn, gain +1 attack.

Beast Aura

All other allied Beasts gain +1 attack.

Spiritual Message

All allied monsters gain +1 attack until the end of the turn. If this effect is activated, this monster cannot attack.

Growth Harmony

When this monster is summoned, all allied monsters gain +1 attack and +1 HP.

Chain Bind

When this monster is summoned, the selected monster cannot attack for one turn.

Soul Taker

When this monster is summoned, deal 1 damage to any target.

Forest Fury

When this monster is summoned, deal 1 damage to any target.

Dark Blast

When this monster is summoned, deal 1 damage to any target.

Protection Aura

Target gains shell, it ignores damage on the next hit.

Mystic Circle

When the next enemy monster is played, transform it into a 1 attack / 1 HP Small Spirit.
